The Supreme Court's Overturning the Fifth Circuit's Decision on Drug Safety
The Supreme Court put a temporary hold on the fifth court decision it's going to consider briefs that are going to be filed both by FDA and by Danco. Third parties, the pharma, the trade association has filed a brief supporting FDA's authority in asking the Supreme Court to overturn the Fifth Circuit decision. We'll see this thing kind of percolating through for some period of time and it's likely to learn back in the Supreme Court's life is it very very likely very likely that in the end of Supreme Court is going to deal with this case.
