A Game About Empires
"Victoria three" is a video game about the creation of an empire. "Empire" seeks to model this through different hierarchies and regions that can be granted higher autonomy by controlling certain areas. It also tries to show how empires have come a long way from earlier strategy games, where empire was basically tanking over your town center or i'll take over your capital.
