Is Israel Fully Vaccinated?

i think that's what's going on in the u k. And then where all these cases coming from? It might be the younger people there. I just think of israelis so vaccinated, but it's just because they were firsttogether. It 60 %, and we're an the us. Is at 52%. And i can't even believe those numbers, cause i just have a recollection in my mind.
