Are You Preventing a Jury Trial?

The U.S. Constitution actually provides a right of civil- jury trial, it's called the Seventh Amendment. And then these judges that are supposedly so loyal to the Constitution take away that jury trial right from people. They let corporations who are either their employers or who provide a service to them,. like the telephone company, take away their right of jury trial in the fine print of a contract.
