E-Coff for Tuberculosis

E-coff is an epidemiological cutoff value. It measures the drugs, MIC distribution, that separate bacteria populations into wild population without any new resistance mechanisms and knows with acquired or mutational resistance. The e-coff gives you a rough idea of where you should set your breakpoints. And there's a huge field which I don't know a huge amount about, but of setting those values.
