Congolese People - What's the Difference?

The Belgian Congo was divided into African and Western areas. Belgians considered most Congolese people to be makaks, which literally means monkeys. The good ones were called Evo-yu, which means basically the evolved. It's amazing how shitty they continue to be to the Congo even after this monster leaves.
