The First Industrial Investment
The first investment was a sale lease back. That one fell flat on its face at the very we had a verbal agreement and then he just decided not to do anything. At that point I was once again about early 2022 I was not really sure exactly what I was pursuing, so I kind of threw anything to the wall. The hotel conversion was just hectic you know you have so many zoning you have some of the affordable housing and some of those credits available to you but the capital stack and all those things was just really crazy.
