The 10% rule is that you only need ten per cent of information to go and do something. Fred says it's logically impossible to take in all the information, ecause it's too much info. You'll learn the rest through what i call activity, knowledge, through doing things. And there are few acceptions to the ten % rule,. s i would say a getting married, flying and plang performing surgery, those things you pri when you get all the information. But everything else, mostly everything else, your good. It's literally impossible.
