After going through that, i went back into consulting and worked for a butique leadership development consulting firm. So now you work with the team, or just the ceo, or both? Both,. And is it a specific size ar range of company, or it's kind of across the board? It's either out of work a lot with private equity firms who'll put me a working with their portfolio companies that are in rapid scale. Others are larger organizations, where, a, they're doing senior leadership development.
