Is Legal Weed Going Away?

i don't see illegal cannabus going away over your five year horizon, because i do think it'll take too long for a rregulatory system to realize. You know, the other way to go is, gee, let's start putting millions and millions of people in jail again for in canabas laws. No one thinks that's a long term strategy for making this work. And so yet, legali want to add that i think the illegal market will continue to thrive most in a places where people are most price sensitive.
