A lot of capital is going to end up coming from these large institutions because it's an extremely attractive financial product in terms of the yield and sort of the underlying asset of single-family homes. I think that as we scale even as more individuals on board onto the platform that of course institutions have quite a bit of capital so it'll be hard for it to always be an equal balance but I think the most important thing here is that individuals can invest and that they can invest directly.
