How to Write a Career Essay for Business Schools

Almost all schools will have a career essay like the Y Stanford. For Harvard it's only 500 characters, which is you know why are these your career goals? Other schools like Kellogg typically will have 300 word answer questions. All schools will ask some in some way they will want to know about accomplishments and or they'll look for that on the resume.
