How to Measure Threat Intelligence Outcomes
I want to get a little bit tactical for a second and ask, how does an organization know if they're actually getting value out of their threat intelligence? What are the KPIs to look for here? How do we know if what we're doing is good? Or maybe put differently, what do we expect to see get better as a result of this? Yeah, I think the important thing with that question is, organizations really need to focus on what were the actions that were enabled by the intelligence that was provided around a crisis situation. Let that be the primary metric of are we doing the right things or are we not?
