Reforming Social Care

Social care has not been high in the political igenda because there's been other things going on. And then also, i think it's a politically difficult thing to to implement. There needs to be continual a valuation and review of what system barriers exist that are hindering integration. This is how we develop locallya implemental policiesto overcome them.
