In 30 or 40 years, hiring is going to become really paramount because we have shrinking populations. If the AI is producing stuff that's not giving results, they're not going to use it. It's a self correcting problem. So I'm not really concerned about that. But if you talk to people in the industries, almost everybody's growth is being constrained by the fact that they have problems hiring the kind of people that they want. And so there's this craving that's this pressure to get it and they're trying to find anything that works.
