Is It a Transitory Phenomenon?

The labor market is really, really hot right now. And so that makes it difficult for uber and lift making it difficult for just about every company in the united states. But i don't think this is a transitory phenomenon. It's also true that this was a really stable employment opportunity that drew many workers during a time when there weren't many other employment opportunities. I think the issues around gig work have been issues off it's just really expensive to maintain a work force the size you need in order to be competitive in these markets.
