How to Be a Successful Test Player
I was fighting a lot of my instinct opening the batting here in England. I think I may have been more suited to the middle order. Maybe as a middle order player with the way I like to play and go out my shots. But sort of getting into the middle order when I was trying to get into the Test team was virtually impossible because it was so strong. You had a middle order of Dave Hussey, Mark War, Sammett Patel. So I've always kind of been pushed up to open the batting maybe against what would suit my natural games.
