The Importance of Embracing Sadness

It's a tricky one because I know we also believe in compassion and kindness and try to spread that pretty far. A lot of the times you go down it and then bloody instantly you start regretting it as the thing plays out. There's no finish line here It's just gonna keep continuing. The last time I did something like this I couldn't handle it anymore and I had to end the friendship Yeah And it was just years of years of just a lot of sadness. This is so weird because you're right it does conflict with so many of our core values of being That's why this is this has been such an interesting podcast for me.
