i don't have twitter or instogram as aps on my phone. i think i needed to create more friction for having to log in and use it through the browser, otherwise you're just in an endless sort of spiral. I used to be a person that would wake up and kind of grab my phone and read the news in bed first thing in the morning. And i just realized very quickly that that just really couldn't happen any more. Yes, i'm a big proponent of the ten dollar old fashioned alarm clock. So te my phone's not in my room. Ah, let's also.
