And if you're not specifically trying to tease out the two of those things, you'll get them all muddled together - that's not good. If i just go in and say, what do you love about our stuff? What's the value yo get our stuffwhatever? Customers will tell you a bunch of stuff that may not be the reason why they picked you over the competition at all.
