Mental health is not something that we talk about as much in industry, and it affects everybody. Getting up at five a m means that i have time to focus purely on the things i want to focus on. Meditation has been transformative in terms of helping me take control of impulses and immediate thoughts. And i would recommend it to any one to give it a go. It doesn't require any spiritual or religious beliefs. It's purely, you know, science, base practice. You only need five minutes a day to get started.
