Is There a Need for Flexibility?

i was remote for a year before pandemic, is that i you get so much more worke on at home. A lot of the resistance to this level of flexibilityt is rooted in the lack of trust ta people motivated to do the work that you hire them to do. And then once you have these flexible work situations, you realize that people aren't always going to be able to respond to slack nine to five. So how do you set up with he communication protca that support that?
