Is There a Difference in Social Partner Preferences for Virtue Ethics?

There's one large global study this was with online participants in many countries. The researchers found that relational mobility so how easy it is to switch social partners predicted how much a country would be de-intological versus non-consequent or utilitarian in their decisions. Some follow-up analyses suggested that that might not be the case once you adjust for certain factors mostly how similar the countries are but that's one possibility people have been exploring.
