I think it can definitely help if this is the first time people are doing this since I have a course and I have close to 500 students in there. It's just so much easier for me because I know what people should be asking at least. What good information do they need? Yeah. Talk about titles and using titles that a little bit more. Mince your words, but eye catching and attention grabbing.
