Is God's Blessing a Promise of an Easy Life?
When things aren't going your way, is your first reaction to difficulty? Frustration. To pray that whatever it is that's making your life hard would go away. Nowhere in the bible does god promise us an easy life. Despite this, it's easy to get it confused. It's easy to read passages about god's blessing and god's promises and think it means our life will be easy. But that just doesn't all in line with scripture.
