Is There a Balance Between Strength and Resistance Training?

With most distance runners, kind ofa speaks a little bit a question that i have. Is it true that they're really just going to get to a point where there may be not gaining, but they're kind of more maintaining? Or is it always a goal that we should be trying to progress and surely there can't be endless gains found in the waight room for the recreational runner? Yes, a realy good qustion, that. But i just think you have to shift the priority and and where the focus of the strength and conditioning is. It's then just trying to achieve the balance between giving them that little bit more volume and but making sure you're not incurring
