The Importance of Mindfulness
When we stop to meditate it's not about our effort you become free from remembering who you are. You start to examine your experience with mindfulness with a kind of innocence the phrase is to sit as a courteous audience. The space of awareness is different than almost anything else because anything else is the content of awareness thoughts feelings sensations.
