Is There a Regulator in the US?

SBF is destabilizing to crypto overall, there are sort of these things that put a floor in place. That means crypto still, could still, should still have value. One of the problems is that because everyone is so scared of American regulators, you know, they do things like set up separate exchanges. The entire crypto world would really quite love it if there were clear rules in America. No one can really come to any agreement on what those clear rules should look like.
