There was no conflict of interest between the Biden Justice Department and Trump. In fact, they were investigating Trump for 18 months before they named Smith. So I thought that was a political construct at the beginning. And then the other night when he announces his charges, he talks for three minutes and two and a half minutes is about the Capitol riot, which is not a charge in the case. He's not alleging that Trump intended the Capitol riot to happen or that he had any actionable connection to it.
