Is There a Bridge Between the Subconscious Mind and the Conscious?

I fundamentally believe that all these things that we experience, that are dark aspects in our reality, are just manifestations of the subconscious mind. It's like god's creative way of allowing there to be a murderer between the subconscious and the conscious. To have a superconscious experience, we need to come to realize that there is a bridge. The two are always connected. I think one of my most liberating times was i realize, eh, miguel is a fraud, he's a construct. But deep down inside there's a real miguel. And also different fragments of miguel within me need to be integrated.
