The Evolution of the Invisible Help Desk

We were just trying to build something that we thought was awesome first and foremost. Early on in the business, roughly two thirds of our new customers were adopting help scout for the first time from something like Gmail or Outlook. We fit right there in the middle and were able to be a lot of companies' first help desk. For most cases, some companies do outgrow us. But most of them do not because we can grow with you to quite an extent as well.
