The US Might Go to War Without a Deal
Both countries want, for political and for national security reasons, a better deal than they got the first time around. The most important leverage here for washington is a perception of us. I don't believe a deal is possible without aron believing there is a real possibility that the us might go to war without a deal. So a deal has a low probability, say ten per cent, but it's not zero.
