The Effects of Exercise Duration on Glycogenesis

During exercise, if we think about just a normally fed state, you know, so if you haven't, haven't fasted for three days or something you just go and exercise it is a fair to say probably the first hour or so it's mainly the first hour breaking down glycogen from the liver. And then the gluconeogenesis sort of cranks up and after about an hour does it start to dominate? Yeah. You know, it all, there are so many variables. The intensity of exercise and how fast you go through the liver glycogen, how high your liver glycogen is when you start. But what, but it is accurate to say that with increasing exercise duration.
