It was only when I started to share my story that I found more of my strength. My vulnerability connected me with others in ways that perfection never could. Kind people are the best kind of people. It's a language of the heart and everyone understands it. And so kindness is also free. So sprinkle it everywhere.

What are fifty powerful lessons you can learn for a limitless life?

One of the most important parts of learning and growth is taking the time to reflect. Many of you know that I celebrated my fiftieth birthday recently. As I was going through my journals and looking back on everything I’ve learned, I realized how profound some of these lessons have been.

Today, I want to share fifty of these life lessons with you. And because I think these are so impactful, we’re going to split this into two episodes to make sure you get the maximum value to help you reach your limitless potential.
