How Do You Go About Sequencing the Acquisitions?
It's a work in process still. When we buy a business, oftentimes over the first 12 months, there's a lot of activity. So I know it's early, but it's very rare that even a successful deal doesn't have surprises and hiccups along the way. But those are not overnight fixes. Those are processes that you implement that you start operating towards and over 12, 24 months, you're really getting there.
