Identifying a Central Belief

A pattern is a behavior. I can see you procrastination because people often throw around the word belief, they also use it into changeably. A pattern is what you want to change. Nobody cares about changing beliefs. You care about changing patterns. So with certain patterns like procrastination and fear of public speaking, the beliefs are very similar.
