Tech Diplomacy

Tech diplomacy offers more than just soft power and it gets our coalesces different states to come together. Ajahn: If tech diplomacy is new to kind of address a global issue, then it will contribute to its soft power. So you can use that as both technology I think has the capacity to bolster soft power at a global level.
