The Death of Serenade

Shira had to have been born before Aegon the fourth died or his deathbed legitimization wouldn't have even applied to her. Serenade now has a daughter of royal blood which if she was an ambitious person, like why did she accept this marriage offer in the first place? We're still an open question.
