Is Your Feedback Valid Anymore?

It's very hard to be an art director because every artist is extremely fickle and very judgmental towards the art director they work for as well. If you can't paint, you're not a great artist any more. It's it's important to remember that theyre to be a human being. That's tough for many ar art directors. So not only do they have to be nice internally, but you're asking them to be also nice externally. I don't even know how they're going to blow off steam any more. And is your feedback valid any more?
