Most people get to mental health practitioners through friends, family and in the workplace. Looking people in the eyes and talking to them in a soft tone is helpful. If it's not a good idea, then clearly, you need to call the crisis center. You can falsely accuse somebody Absolutely. Very traumatizing to them. Be mindful. That's not an easy issue.
