This is my last day hosting the show. I'm taking on a split role that I'm really looking forward to. The best part of this job has been getting to talk to my colleagues, our correspondence about what they've been working on in depth. Audio stories are much more human than the sort of work we do in print. And so that process, learning how reporting in print differs from audio has been a real pleasure.
America invaded Iraq 20 years ago this week. Today Baghdad is bustling, violence across the country is less frequent, but these gains have come at a horrific cost. India is getting a huge, essential infrastructure upgrade. And we say goodbye to one of our hosts.
