The US and Its Allies Are Still Going Through With the Price Cap Plan
Russia is such a major oil producer, if they really slashed the amount of oil that they're putting out there, it's really going to have an impact on things. Despite this risk and this just obviously bad idea, the US and its allies are planning to impose the cap on December 5th. A final price is going to be set in the coming weeks.
