Pre Selling a Speck Project in Vancouver?
The first sale for every project always happens from myself to my staff. We have big signs above our superintendent's desk saying, i it's a gray area. The idea that we're constantly building for ourselvest propagates itself in terms of who we hire and what sights we want to buy. There are 22 different municipalities with their own interpretation the building co each with its own approval process. Unlike calgary and montreal, which are uni city models, I can't learn from other cities how to do it better.
