Working in the Pacific for an East Coast Company?

I've noticed a big shift in my work day because of the times owne of spain. It's only an hour different from london, but it just feels so different working into like, seven p m some nights compared to eight p m which is what i do now. I feel like wealth simple, even though they've hired folks across canada, still very much like toronto east coast,. You know, meetings kind of get thrown on the calendar without much thought. And so i'm a little bit nervous about that, but also kind of hopeful that it will change as we continue to hire, like, remotely across the country.
