Doctor Bos, Research Is More Important Than Earning a Quick Buck
Bos has always been a self funding company. There were times in our history when we had hit products where we could have taken out a couple of hundred million dollar loan to quickly build a new plant. We didn't allow ourselves to do that. He was unwilling to sacrifice that essential element of the company, and it's how he fundamentally saw new and better things coming to be.
