How to Test Causality in Political Practice, Right?
Even sciences which would be engaged, you know, politically engaged, come off as being sort of like anthropologists looking at exotic faraway peoples who they examine at a distance rather than trying to seek to test their hypotheses politically. So that, so I mean, what is the way, how should a hypothesis, for example, actually be tested? Well, it should actually be tested in political practice, ideally, right? If you think about it that way, then all of the other ways of testing causality are sort of second best techniques that reflect in some ways, a kind of absence of political of political will, right? Yeah, excellent. Very good.
