I've heard nothing but thanks from our organization. We're now going to set ourselves up to really play offence in the third and fourth quarter. I don't think our culture has ever been more important than it is right now. There's always opportunities to improve. And i would tell you that one thing that stands out for me over the last couple of years has been the importance of culture.
