Four large meme pages, two with more than one million followers, posted a video of a young child being shot in the head. The video amassed over 83,000 views in under three hours. Do you know who's behind these videos? Is there some group that could be shut down that's posting violence like this? Unfortunately, it's not one group. It's many, many,. many, many Instagram pages. They trade this violent imagery with each other and then they negotiate sponsored content deals.
