Chase: The first time I heard about object or user experience was at Capital one. He says he didn't understand it because his mental model wasn't at a state where he could just get it. When he left Capital one and then went to go work at Wolffront, he started the project called stock collections for their new stock investing platform. "I got to find a way to like simplify this complexity," Chase says.
