Why Should Everyone Own a Fully Automatic Rifle?

Gun control has a pretty inglorious history in the united states. The idea that you're going to confiscate them is nonsense. I'm not making the case that everybody should own a nuclear missile in their backyard. There's no correlation between gun law and violence per se, there's a lot of other stuff and violence doesn't necessarily mean lower levels of violence. You know that it's not about the gun the gun's a tool the question is who's wielding the gun and  the real answer by the way is why violence crops up.
